Did your agent work with you for 3 months in a row, just to find the perfect home that you would be blown away at first sight? Did your agent prepare showings EVERY Saturday plus random trips upon short notice for a consecutive 3 month search period, tied exactly to your parameters? Did your agent provide candid advice and tell you "this is a good buy" or "no" or "sleep on it", without rushing you to close a deal? Did your agent offer competitive market analysis, renovation support in and out of the entire home buying process and always pull you from your rabbit hole to keep the search going until the RIGHT one showed up? I'm thankful everyday that my fiancé and I met Lisa when we did. She has been a godsend and I honestly don't think we would ever have found our dream house without her. It's no secret that being a buyer in the Seattle area right now is very hard, but Lisa was relentless in helping us pursue our dream of buying a house and getting a chance to settle into it before our June wedding. She never lost energy, kept us hopeful even when we had disappointments, provided invaluable advice, and was generally a joy to be around. The only downside of finding our perfect home is that we don't get to see Lisa as much anymore, but as long as she's in business we will never use another realtor.

We, my husband and I, had just had a bad experience with a relator and fate I believe brought Beth to us - We met her working at the JL Scott booth at the Monroe Fair, the only day she was there and it was for minimal hours - I am embarrassed to tell you that I was actually rude to her when she asked if we were interested in buying or selling a home - my comment was "actually I'm not very interested in Relators right now at all". That opened the door for her to start building the relationship with us. However, we walked away with no planned meeting but we did get a business card etc and to further our impression of her she didn't start calling us, sending us mail etc...... I was the one that broke down and called her to come talk to us. We interviewed several firms and opted to utilize Beth - what a wise decision that was.. She did more in a couple of weeks than the other relator did in 6 months and I'm not exaggerating. Beth knew what we needed to get out of our home financially as we were planning to retire. It was at her suggestion, after multiple offers, but for us not acceptable offers, Beth had built that trust with us so when she suggested we take the house off the market for a few months and then relisted, we did, with her of course, and our home sold within 1 week of listing and again with her advise of relisting we made what we needed financially. Beth was always very professional in her appearance, communications and knowledge and though I had lost all feelings for Relators, she taught me what a real relator was suppose to be. We will always be thankful for her and will continue to stay in touch with her as...... well - who knows, we may need to buy a house next time. There is a lot more that I/we could say about Beth ie, one of a kind Mom and Wife, I got to see first hand the love that her entire family have for each other and the lord etc but this detail would be so long that you would think it was all fake ------- but believe me, it is all true.
