Hi Robert – I am inquiring about your condo located in the Serana building (621 5th Ave). I couldn’t find on the redfin listing if there is rentals are allowed? Also, if short term rentals are allowed. We are thinking about looking at this property as an investment and wanted to understand the HOA rules before we come take a look.
