Hello LeJhon, I am interested in MLS#: 1834674 as a second home. Currently I live in Wenatchee and own 2 kitchen and bath showrooms in the Seattle Tacoma area. I visit Seattle/Tacoma for work regularly and would like to have a second home in the area. Does the building or HOA have restrictions on nightly rentals? I would need to offset the cost.

Thank you for your interest in the Spinnaker Bay Condos. The HOA does not allow short term rentals. Owners are not able to rent out units until after two years. There are only 18 units that are allowable for rentals, the HOA must approve of the lease. It has to be at minimum a one year lease.
